Britney Purser completed her first season with the Vikings in 2023 where she assisted in taking the team to its 2nd Conference tournament in 2 years. Britney works closely with the pitchers, leading them to over 100 strikeouts and a pitcher selected for Second Team All-Sun Lakes Conference. She looks forward to her 2nd year at St. Johns River State College working with the Pitching staff. 

Britney Purser worked in the Florida Gulf Coast League in the summer of 2023 where she solely coached the Bradenton Slice, leading them to a 3rd place finish and a winning record. The Florida Gulf Coast League is a collegiate league dedicated to help college level athletes improve their skills. 

Britney Purser began her softball career at Lynn University where she played 3rd base for the Knights. She still holds the double play record with 11. She also received the award for Most Improved Player in 2019. She transferred and played her last two years at the University of North Florida where she finished her senior season in 2021 playing second base for the Ospreys.
