Bio

Chase Malloy enters his first season as an assistant baseball coach at St Johns River State College. Malloy will be transitioning to his coaching career after a successful playing career. Malloy spent the 2018-2021 season playing college baseball here at St Johns River State college and most recently at Jacksonville University from 2021-2023.  

Malloy was a three-year starter at St Johns River State while allocating NJCAA Academic All-American honors along with being a recipient of the John Tindall Endowment Scholarship which displays an individual’s good character and leadership skills. Malloy then went on to play at Jacksonville University and was a staple for the Dolphins at Shortstop.  

Education: Associate of Arts degree at St Johns River State 

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Business at Jacksonville University 

Currently working on a master’s degree in business administration through Jacksonville University.
